Killjob by S.J. Ryan
The future is dark, dank, and in need of repair, like a neon sign over a breakfast joint, William is the kind of guy to feel at home in this place.. The city is also full of opportunities for a man like William, a man who knows how to survive. Still, the world feels a little alien to pretty much everyone, with the intense growth of technology.. Will would be lucky to find a partner, a friend even, to combat the terrible loneliness that has become and epidemic. He's willing to destroy stray androids, which have become an epidemic as well. He takes private calls, and takes payment in direct deposit or cash. This call is about a woman, who needs an android killed without questions being asked. Will was ready, as he always was. The woman was deliciously beautiful, and payed him his price.
