The Nice Guy and the Therapist by Mary Smith
Cabel Dirks is known for two things on the New Hampshire Bears. One, he’s the oldest player and two, he’s the nicest guy. Although he doesn’t mind being recognized for those things, he wants more. He wants to continue playing hockey for as long as his old body allows him, he wants his oldest daughter to be happy, and he wants Caryn Hammonds to fall in love with him. However, she’s dating the owner of the New Hampshire Bears.

Caryn Hammonds has numerous irons in the fire. Her therapy business is thriving, and she is now running The New Outlook, a rehab for alcoholics and drug users. Everything seems to be going right for her except for one thing—her love life. Cabel Dirks caught her eye from the first time they met but there is a complication standing in the way of her having everything she’s always wanted. Having always solved everyone else’s problems, this is new territory for her because she doesn’t know how to deal with her own issue.

Will the successful therapist and the nice guy find happiness together once her secret is revealed?
