After being ignored for months by her husband Scott, overworked San Francisco lawyer Shannon begins a steamy affair with Nathan, a young police officer. Eventually, she finds out that Scott's interest level has faded because of Lauren, a client of his in Miami. Traveling to Florida to confront Lauren, she ends up bonding with her, and awakening something deliciously deep inside that cannot be denied or controlled by either one of them.
