Hadn't Met You Yet by Paulette Miller
Zoey thought her future was bright when she left her home on a southern farm to follow a man across country to the beautiful state of Colorado. That light was snuffed out when she was unceremoniously kicked to the curb. After wandering aimlessly with everything she owned in the world in the backseat of her car, an invisible force guided her high into the Rocky Mountains. Tucked in a small scenic valley, she found her quiet little corner in a town named Windgate.

Just as Zoey was about to toss her waitress uniform to the side to head into the kitchen to embrace her hidden passion as a baker, the universe wielded its magic again. This time it plucked Ryan from his big city life in his designer suits and blew him across Windgate's border, leaving him stranded. What his overly structured life plan didn't account for was being rescued by Zoey--a small town woman with a food buffet stuck in her hair, a smile that lit up a room, and hugs that he would've traveled miles to feel. Although polar opposites and disaster seemed to strike whenever together, their attraction couldn't be denied or contained.

Just as their passion exploded out from its cage, Ryan was called back to his castle home in Ireland. Once there, he quickly succumbed to family pressures and returned to his original high society life. Although Zoey was left behind, the spark they shared never extinguished.

Little did this unlikely couple know that the universe wasn't done with them yet. When neither of them was looking, Ryan found his American flash romance walking in his Irish castle's backyard garden with a surprise remembrance of the short time they had shared together. Although they had been living separate lives worlds apart, their slightest touch caused their spark to begin to smolder. Now face-to-face again, will they be able to ignore the calling of their hearts and continue down their separate planned futures? Or will her Irish prince carry her off to his castle to share a future together as one?
