Daddy's Gurlz 2 by Diamond D. Johnson
We've been introduced to Daddy's Gurlz, and as you may already know, these aren't your average sisters. We're talking about three young women, who all have minds of their own and are steadfast in their beliefs. Although they may disagree at times, they love each other to pieces. Their love for each other is so strong that sometimes it's hard for outsiders to understand it. Nyne, the baby of the bunch, definitely is overly loved. At nineteen years old, Nyne is spoiled rotten. She runs to her sisters for every little inconvenience in her life. Most times, she runs to Uzi because she knows that Uzi will lay her life on the line when it comes to her baby sister. Uzi has to allow Nyne to grow up, and Nyne has to become more independent. How much pain will Nyne allow Kofi to inflict before she's had enough? What will it take for her to find the strength that we know is in her and leave him alone?

Then, there's Benelli, the middle sister. Many people think that Benelli is judgmental, but she means well wants the best for her sisters. When it comes to a man, we all know that Benelli wants one thing from them, and one thing only. She never catches feelings. Well, what if an ex-lover comes back into the picture after a five-year incarceration? Can he warm up that cold heart of Benelli's and take things back to how they used to be, or is it too late for love?

Lastly, there's Uzi and Loco, two of the most stubborn people ever to form a relationship. Can this couple get it right for the sake of experiencing love for the first time? There's no doubt that Uzi and Loco genuinely care about each other, but outside forces continue to pull them apart. If the two finally decide to get it right, will it crumble before it even happens? What if someone singlehandedly tries to destroy their union just when they are starting to plan a future together?
