Roy Riggins was once a decorated soldier who fought for the north during the Civil War. Twenty years later, after the murder of his father and brother at their ranch in Utah, Roy Riggs utilized his old skill sets as a soldier to become a gun for hire across the plains of the American Old West in the hopes of finding the notorious Beaumont “Cutthroat” Shaw, the man who murdered his family.
After arriving in the town of Tubac, Ansell Tigue, a local blacksmith, proposes that Roy track down and rescue his daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah after they disappeared from their home one week prior in what he believes was a kidnapping. The culprit: a close associate of none other than Beaumont “Cutthroat” Shaw.
Roy then begins an extensive search of Arizona to find Elizabeth and Sarah, where he encounters outlaws, posses, and other dangerous figures in the hunt to find the blacksmith’s daughters. He unexpectedly finds himself drawn to a beautiful, intelligent women along his way.
