The Redemption of Remy Lambert

Former teen-aged lovers, Remy and Jenn, are reunited when a damaged Remy returns to town ten years later after a devastating injury in military service.

As teenagers, Remy Lambert and Jennifer Morgan fell in love hot and hard, but fate tore them apart. Jennifer was an honor student looking forward to college life and Remy had already committed to enlisting in the army.
Ten years later, Remy returns to town a changed man. An encounter with an IED in the Middle East nearly blinded him. Though he recovered from his injuries, he is no longer the handsome young man he had been. After years hiding on a ranch in western Louisiana, he is offered a job and returns to town.
Though Jennifer is engaged to another man, she is having doubts. Seeing Remy again brings back the feelings she thought she’d forgotten and all the questions about his apparent disappearance. Perhaps, if she gets the answers she needs, she can move on.
Will the time they’d been apart further divide them, or can they forgive and forget and come together to start a new life?
