Mistletoe and Spirits by Rebekah Lewis
It's not every day one wakes up to receive a phone call informing them they have inherited a bookstore. Down on her luck, recently unemployed, and on the cusp of eviction for missing rent, life is finally turning around for Josephine Locke. Yet, something is strange about the bookstore. Something…ghostly.

Brett Jacobs loves working as a bartender. He knows most of the people in the sleepy little town of Little Comfort. He also makes great tips and fills his lonely nights so he doesn't notice how empty his apartment is when he goes home to sleep. When the new girl in town walks into his bar, he's instantly taken with her, but she doesn't seem to notice him at all.

Christmas is soon approaching, and strange occurrences in the bookstore lead Josephine to believe it's haunted. Is it a ghost, or fate trying to push her into Brett's arms? Sometimes it takes a bit of mistletoe and an unruly spirit to bring people together.
