Blood Money

Some of the greatest evils in the world are human trafficking, homelessness, and addiction. Ash has confronted all of these evils over the last five years, and he is determined to address them, and to help as many people as he can to escape them. Having recovered from his own crystal meth addiction, a bad relationship with a man who was evil incarnate, and the two years he spent on the streets, Ash’s goal is to avoid personal relationships while restoring his family life and the architectural business he shares with his brother. But more important than anything, he needs to atone for the death of a trafficked boy who cried out to him for help, only to be ignored by Ash who was high on ice at the time.

In pursuit of the men trafficking street kids, Ash meets the sweetest young man he has ever men. Noel, like Ash, is a man determined to do good in the world, from volunteering at a men’s hostel and Salvation Army soup kitchen, to demanding Ash allow him to help him chase down the human traffickers. Ash does his best to make Noel realize that he is not ready for a relationship, but Noel, yearning for love, will not be put off. Two men, both with the desire to do good in the world are magnets for each other.
