James and Natasha Maybury are still in the honeymoon period, five years after he first swept her off her feet. It hasn’t always been plain sailing, but with the obstacles apparently overcome, they’re living a full and happy life. Philip and Juan have overcome their own share of difficult times. Even after being held hostage in their former home and coming to terms with his parent’s refusal to fully accept his sexuality and forthcoming marriage, Juan is determined to enjoy their wedding day, even if Philip is turning into Groomzilla. Philip on the other hand is determined to have the perfect day and will stop at nothing to achieve that, even if it means upsetting Tasha with his unreasonable demands and inability to consider anyone else’s feelings.

So, with so many balls in the air and emotions high, the Mayburys surely wouldn’t take on allowing their home to be the venue for Jim’s eldest son’s wedding to Juan, would they?
