Having been in love with her best friend for years, Sophie doesn't know whether agreeing to walk St James' Way with her was the best or the worst decision she's ever made. The idea was it would bring them closer, and Sophie would finally gather the courage to confess how she really feels about Anna. So far, the only thing she´s managed to gather is blisters and aching muscles.

But everything changes when they stop for the night in a small Galician village and Sophie comes face to face with a local legend. She´s never believed in ghosts, much less paranormal processions, but she can´t deny what's right in front of her. And worrying about how Anna might react to Sophie´s secret is nothing compared to worrying about saving Anna's life.
