Littles Cottage by the River Lesley

Lesley has a long history of abuse, going back to her childhood. Her parents were alcoholics, always fighting and when that wasn’t good enough they dragged her into it. She had years of physical and mental abuse to the point that she has no self-esteem. She never learned to read, making everything very difficult. The pointing and laughing made it worst, but she did what she could to manage on her own. Finally, a commercial on TV changed her life. She moved to the cottages though she had no idea why. She didn’t understand the littles lifestyle and couldn’t relax enough to play with them. She kept to herself, trying to hide her secrets from everyone. Then she meets Mark, a man who seems to know everything. She begins to fall for him, but her dark past continues to creep in and mess things up.

Mark moved into the cottages, trying to find his little girl. When he sees Lesley across the street, it’s love at first sight. He does everything he can to build her confidence and help guide her into the lifestyle that they are both drawn too. Though she doesn’t make it easy for him, he refuses to back down. He wants to help her in every way he can, and hopefully will make her the little girl that he’s been dreaming of.

Will Lesley be able to trust Mark? Can she find a way to put her past behind her or will it tear her to shreds? Worst yet, will it take Mark down with her? Sometimes too many secrets will keep someone from true happiness. Will that be the case for Lesley?
