Being out in the world, snapping pictures, is my life’s passion and the only thing I’ve ever wanted to do.
But when my boss sends me to cover a motocross race, writing the story as well as taking pictures, I feel completely out of my element. I’m shadowing the sport’s nice guy, a man who always finishes last, but never quits.
After he meets me, he wins a race for the very first time. And now he’s positive it’s because of me. His new lucky charm.
When things get heated between us, my boss get tipped off and wants to pull me from the story. If I don’t leave, I could lose my job, but if I do, I could lose him. And I don’t know which is worse.
I might be Wyatt’s good luck charm, but he’s quickly becoming my everything.
