One day she confesses to her mother that it’s time for her to leave the family farm. Her mother issues a challenge. If Amanda can go west and survive living with her Uncle, then she would be allowed to move to Boston. Her Uncle turns out to be a real hero who saves her from a horrible town and takes her to his cabin. But events turn worse when a deadly gunfighter shows up shot and hurt, running from a deadly man and his sons who own the town she escaped from. And to make matters worse a deadly snowstorm sets in over the cabin.
Will Amanda be able to become a woman overnight and survive a horrible nightmare or will she get swallowed up by a reality that grown men fear? Will a miracle save her or will she end up lost forever?
