Finley McWaters thought telling her high school boyfriend about her pregnancy was the right thing to do. She loved him and he loved her, but being parents would put his future as a pro football player in jepoardy. What was supposed to be a casual dinner with him and his parents, quickly turns into her becoming a single parent.

Dr. Stephen Barlow longs for the girl from high school, it didn't matter she was his brother's girl. She barely even knew he existed because he didn't have the balls to ask her out first.
