Christmas in Bayeux by Stephanie Burkhart
After a rough year in a war zone and losing his parents, Aiden is hurting. He travels to Bayeux, France to find peace. There he meets up with Noelle Rousseau, who was an exchange student previously with his family. Noelle was the one who got away, and being with her again has rekindled a lot of smoldering feelings.

Noelle is happy to see Aiden again, but faces her own challenges. She longs to teach children, but is committed to saving her family’s estate. She’s been lonely for a long time, unable to find happiness.

Aiden and Noelle visit the local Christmas markets as they embrace the holiday, rekindling a flame that was lit long ago. Can a little Christmas spirit heal their wounded hearts, or will family demands keep them apart again?
