Constance was beautiful. Fragile in a way I would never experience. In my centuries since being cast from heaven, I had never met anyone like her. I yearned to be with her, but couldn’t unless she sought me out. Until then, I would haunt the shadows waiting for her call. Jagged Lines was originally written to go inside of a PNR anthology that benefitted mental health. Unfortunately, it was unintentionally forgotten. It is 8k words.
