I’ve never been altogether lucky, but somehow, on Christmas eve, I land right where I’m supposed to be. Fantastic! Except, the arms that make me feel so safe are several hundred miles from my home. I’m only on vacation, and soon, I’ll have to go back to my real life.
But who knows? Christmas is a time for surprises. And so far, nothing’s gone as I’ve expected. I’m wishing on a lucky moose that I get exactly what I never knew I wanted.
