Gage's Languor by Jade Thorn
Gage used to think that his "baby face" looks were a curse, until he realised that they allowed him to get away with a lot of things he shouldn't. He's not a great fighter like Kurt, not clever like Nick, and not compelling like Levi. In fact, he's not anything spectacular at all, but he likes their "Little Witch".

Gage has seen their arrangement and he wants in on the action. The best way to get Grace to notice him, is to get her to come to him. So he's going to "flounder" a little, and hit her with a bit of his "helpless" charm. She won't be able to resist swooping in and saving him. He doesn't mind a strong woman, he wants a partner, not a damsel.

Grace is exactly what he's been looking for, if he plays his cards right, she's going to forgive his lies. It's time to roll out the puppy eyes - no woman can resist the puppy eyes. As for the demons, well, between the five of them, they'll sort it out. This demon drama will be sorted quickly, Gage is more interested in the bigger game - Grace, and he's going to win.
