Simone Service Project by James Black
She never stopped to think why, but Simone has always been attracted to bad boys. There are two problems with bad boys. They think about themselves first and Simone second, if at all. And they like pushing things. Which means they can get into trouble. In this case, her boyfriend signed the two of them up for a service project over spring break. Worse, it is going to involve camping, which Simone is not particularly fond of. Only this time, Carl has pushed things too far and he has gotten kicked out of school. That means she must go on the trip by herself. An unfortunate mistake means that she has to choose between sleeping under the pavilion or sharing a tent with a guy she does not know. She decides the shelter of the tent is a better choice. She quickly finds that her new tent mate is far more polite and far more skilled than her ex-boyfriend ever was. Then a serious accident totally rocks her outlook on life!
