Three ladies come to Spring City to start new lives.

One comes as a Mail Order Bride. She is to marry one of the deputies who became the guardian of his two nephews. Having grown up helping to run an orphanage in New York, Alexandria feels she can handle two little boys even if they are the hellions, she is warned they are. Never having been around gentlemen before, she’s not sure how to go about becoming a wife to Sam.

Sam doesn’t know the first thing about taking care of two little boys. They are running wild and he needs help. He jumps at the Mail Order Bride's offer of Alexandria to marry him and help him take care of his nephews. He just prayed he was making the right choice.

One comes as a new school teacher from Tennessee. Kendra loves children and can’t wait to have her own classroom. Traveling to a new place in a far away territory sounded exciting to her, and she couldn’t wait to arrive and begin planning her lesson plans.

The third young lady is a widow. She’s also a doctor. She and her husband had worked together in Kentucky until he died. She wanted to start over without the memories. A small town in the Montana Territory sounded perfect to her. She was going to start her life over.

Three ladies to the same town. They became friends on the train to Spring City and then life takes some surprising twists and they all find love when they least expect it.
