I was the only human woman working at the marketing department for the Klurian government. My job was to translate the marketing material and help make it as appealing as possible to all the other women back home on Earth so that they would be tempted to visit Klurux to find their mate.
In the few days I'd been working there, I'd grown used to my Klurian colleagues stopping by to meet me, hoping that I'd be the one meant for them. But every time, they left feeling disappointed. So it was no surprise when the bosses of the department announced that they would be coming to visit me, too.
