In Annika’s mind, things were great between the two of them, and she never felt more confident in her and Jeff’s marriage, even though they didn’t see each other as often as they would have liked to. Their careers kept them both very busy, and they rarely spent any days at home together, let alone in the same bed. Still, Annika felt like things would change for the better when they decided to have a family.
