Holiday romance flares when a city-living go-getter returns home to find himself melting for the local eye candy.

Hotshot celebrity publicist—and self-professed Christmas cynic—Graham Bartlett couldn’t imagine a worse place to spend the holidays than his quaint, under-the-radar hometown of Mistletoe Grove.

But that’s exactly what’s happening now as he’s forced to take a paparazzi-magnet actress undercover and out of the tabloids for the crucial week leading up to her comeback movie premiere Christmas Day.

It’s not all bad, though. If Graham can prevent another PR scandal before Christmas, he’ll finally land the promotion he’s worked for his entire career.

There’s just one snag. Namely, the fake relationship they’ve concocted for their secret identities is looking less than convincing following a chance reunion with the hunky, local hot cocoa shop owner, Brent—who just so happens to be Graham’s former high school crush.

Despite having sworn off love—and his hometown—long ago, Graham is now discovering that what was supposed to be a strictly-business work trip is now fast becoming a fiasco.

It’s a recipe for disaster, but as Brent’s small-town holiday cheer begins to melt Graham’s icy exterior, this Grinchy ladder-climber might just learn to see when love is right in front of him—and maybe even rediscover the magic of Christmas along the way.
