Set in the early sixties, a young woman challenged by the attitude “A woman’s place is at home” achieves her ambitions to be helpful in the world of progress. She also deals with a turmoil of her own, deep within her soul. She discovers, as many others do, we often find ourselves lost in our own lives, searching for a way to fill an undiscovered void, to where we look at our own life as a mystery of something lost in the discovery of it, only to be found when our true love walks with us.

Laura is an intelligent and stable young woman, with the ability to move forward and help the world with progress but she is challenged with her being a woman in a mans world. The up-and-coming race to the moon is a dream she would love to be part of, and she falls for a man who may be able to help her achieve those goals. Laura also holds an unknown secret, which may collide with who she is.
