The property around Malcolm and Cinnamon Black’s property increased greatly over the fifteen years they lived in the home. Malcolm purchased six acres and built the home when Cinnamon agreed to marry him. It was waterfront and in a small beach town twenty miles east of Center City. Their home was now on twenty acres which meant they had no neighbors on either side. The back of the home had a massive patio and outside kitchen facing the ocean. That morning Cinnamon asked if it would be okay to host the community Christmas party on their property. He readily agreed because those parties meant a lot to her and the community. The parties started at her family property and had been celebrated all over the area but this year she was bringing the community to them.
Malcolm watched her at sixty-seven walk along the shoreline. She grew more beautiful to him every day.
I love her more than breathing. He thought. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for and with her.
