Edward finds a genie and wishes to be back in the time of the French Revolution, but finds he is there as a lady in high society in the Court. He is horrified at first and tries to pretend to be a male servant but his brother discovers this and forces him back into the salon and demands he act like a proper lady, appointing a lady in waiting to train him in proper female manners.

He soon realizes he loves the game of flirting with men and begins practicing each day, even as the Revolution accelerates. He learns to ballroom dance and loves the feeling of being spun by men and eventually begins going to bed with multiple men and enjoying it tremendously. In the end, he joins the revolution as a spy in the french court, seducing the top members of the court to find out their secrets.
