Then one day, a portal opens up in the middle of my vegetable patch and out walks Darcy. Darcy couldn’t blend in, even if he wanted to, his reptilian appearance making it impossible. I miss my home and my friends, but I know I won’t be able to let Lyndon go. Now I just have to convince him that sometimes it’s okay to be different, and it’s not always better to be alone.
