Alfie has lost control of the Happy Endings Dungeon and an evil new mistress has taken over and turned it into a wicked prison of madness and suffering! Can he reclaim his inheritance or will he succumb to the cruel pleasures offered by the new mistress of the dungeon?
Alfie has been imprisoned in the dungeon's vault and relieved of his amulet of office by the treachery of Desdemona the succubus. But he's not completely alone. With the help of a changed and reawakened Myssandra, he embarks on a plan to escape the dungeon and get help from Luisa in the nearby down of Galabros. But when Alfie escapes the vault, he is in for a sinister surprise. The dungeon is being temporarily operated by none other than the sadistic spider queen Elsa Veluria and a company of Lord Heraxon's Revenant Knights.

Elsa has partially remade Alfie's pradise of pleasure into a house of horrors. Worse, the town of Galabros has been overrun by inquisitors of the Pateric Church and rampaging templars seeking revenge for the death of a priest. The priest the succubus sucked to death. A death the church is blaming on Alfie and his dungeon.
