He growls at people, prefers running outside over studying, and, worst of all, refuses to listen to a word Xavier says during their tutoring sessions. Yet, the grouchy gremlin also risks his life to save Xavier during an accident in the woods. Sometimes, he looks at Xavier in a way that makes his heart skip a beat.
There’s something between them, and Xavier is determined to find out what it is. Even if that means following Aquila home during the full moon and maybe, just maybe, discovering they were the one thing missing in each other’s lives.
