Freshman Experience by Thomas Carver
Scott has no interest in returning to his alma mater to celebrate Homecoming, but his husband Grant convinces him that a road trip could be fun.

Fun, sure, but it’s also a chance for Scott to finally open up to Grant about his past, and what happened over twenty-five years ago, when he was a freshman. Because Scott didn’t just come out of the closet in the 1990 he was dragged out by his cruel but attractive RA Kevin, not to mention several of the athletic teams on campus, who were happy to stop by Scott’s room for some easy relief.

Scott was, to put it delicately, a bit promiscuous.

And now he wonders how Grant will take the revelation of Scott’s past, the long list of guys who used him, and the few who befriended him, and how enthusiastically Scott consented to being the object of exploration for so many jocks, punks, and stoners.

Also, it’s very possible that some of those guys might be at Homecoming. Would they remember their wild-oat days? Would they be ashamed of them?

Or — and this thought both disturbs and excites Scott — they might want to relive them.
