Faithful Commitments by Rowan Gracemill
Maggie Witherspoon thought she had it all. She’d had a wonderful engagement, and with the wedding only two days away, she couldn’t wait.

All of that excitement comes to naught when she finds her fiancé and her best friend kissing inappropriately in an alleyway. Heartbroken, she races home for support.

In the aftermath, she and her Aunt Margaret decide that the best thing to do now is find a man outside New York City to marry. She eventually writes to a man named Nathaniel “Nate” Josephs in a small town in Colorado.

He has specifically requested a young Christian woman who hasn’t been married before, and who has no kids of her own yet. Though Maggie believes this to be a character flaw, the few letters she exchanges with him convince her there is something there. And when she hears that there are men of the same age as her aunt who are available, Maggie believes that she has found the right man.

But when she and her aunt arrive in Colorado, things quickly turn sour. Is Maggie unlucky in love, or has she underestimated how shy Nate is?
