OPERATION: HORNET'S NEST: A Sam Barrett Novel by Alex A. Jameson, Kimberly A. Biggerstaff
Book 15 of The Sam Barrett Ops

Samantha Barrett has fallen for a US Marine, but Sam isn't quite ready to admit it. As Sam and Barb try to navigate their relationship, Sam is busy taking care of her little ones and preparing to formally adopt John's daughter, Emily.

After a few hiccups, Sam and Barb seemed to be doing well until one day when Barb asks Sam to get a box down from the top shelf in her closet while Barb goes to get her mail. A fan falls on Sam's head and she suffers memory loss. This time it's more than a normal case of amnesia. When Sam is found and brought home, she wakes every morning to a new day thinking she is back in Alabama at Officer Training School.

John is patient and tries to help her, but the stress begins to take its toll. The unexpected happens when John goes over to Barb's and tries to talk her into not giving up on Sam.

As Sam's behavior becomes erratic, everyone is affected until she does something unimaginable.
