Emily and Jett have been in love for years. Their senior year proves to be the most challenging year yet when Jett's band makes it big and they leave to go on tour. Jett and Emily promise to make it work but it's harder than either of them though. When things fall apart Emily heads to London for her freshman year of college. She's worried about being in a new school in a new country until she meets Poppy. Poppy introduces Emily to her cousin Callum. Emily doesn't think she'll ever be able to love again but Callum slowly proves her wrong. Emily is loving her life in London until it's completely turned upside down again causing her to return back home.
