Good Pucking Girl by Lina George
Celine Wilpers lives a charmed life—or so people think. As a Hollywood starlet, sure, she has a lot of perks. Money. Fame. A great apartment smack dab in Manhattan. But she also can't live like a normal college student, so there's downsides to her sudden fame. Exhibit she's just trying to get to her 8 AM class, and there are already fans hanging out outside her apartment building.

Brooklyn Bayes is a star on the Wildwood University hockey team, but he's far from a star student. So when Celine gets paired up with Brooklyn for a group project, he's not exactly the best classmate to be stuck with. Worse yet, Brooklyn is nowhere to be found!

The mysterious hockey player has time to make it to practice and even hang out at the local dive bar, but he can't (or rather, won't) manage to give Celine the time of day. Intrigued by someone who isn't immediately fawning over her for once—and desperate to prove a point—Celine makes it her mission to hunt Brooklyn down and make him do his fair share of the assignment. What Celine doesn't realize, though, is that she just might end up getting more of Brooklyn than she bargained for.

This short read is an enemies to lovers contemporary new adult hockey romance featuring a Hollywood starlet and a collegiate hockey player.
