An Irish Second Chance by Ria Cantrell
Author Marianna Redding travels to Ireland after a bitter divorce to gain clarity and peace with the hope of inspiration to remove her writer's block. In the process, she falls in love with a local widower and after a whirlwind romance, she marries him on impulse. However, she knows in her heart that Liam Donovan is the love of her life. Marianna embraces life in rural Ireland and uses her own love story to inspire her latest novel.

When Liam Donovan first met Marianna Redding, he felt a sense of familiarity he couldn't begin to comprehend. Only, when he starts having disturbing dreams does he realize that somehow their souls were linked from long ago. As the secrets are revealed to each of them, Marianna and Liam must face the catastrophic events that caused their souls to search for each other over the span of time. Their lives collide with the dangerous era of the Great High King, Brian Boru, while lesser kings vied for power amid the scourge from Northern lands.

Unfortunately, as immigration regulations have tightened, Marianna and Liam risk being parted once more, but this time such a separation would mean life and death for them both. They must face the past or repeat the mistakes that cleaved their union, to forever be parted. In their journey, they meet others like them, and some can aid them or thwart them. Love is not the only thing that transcends the eras as an ancient enemy wants to finish the destruction he caused in the 12th century. Can their love carry them through the trials as they learn more about each other that time can either heal or destroy?
