3002: A Sci-fi Romance Novella by J.M. Link
Cadet Sara Brown is thrilled when she lands her first rotation on the little-known outpost of Beta Prime. The station is dated, and the crew aren’t the friendliest, but that’s okay. She’s determined to make the best of it in order to fulfill her dream.

That is, until she meets Eli—Beta’s very own humanoid-ape hybrid. She’s heard of hybrids before, she’s even seen a few…but she’s never seen anything like Eli. He’s more human than most. He even talks like her, too. She quickly comes to realize, however, that all is not as it seems, and to help save him, Sara must choose to risk her dream and potentially their lives.

This is a stand-alone sci-fi romance (friends-to-lovers) novella featuring a young female space cadet and the human-ape hybrid she helps to rescue.
