Big curves. Bigger personality. When love is off the table… rent it!

Bri Sinclair is bold, broke, and freshly dumped by a man who can’t handle all that she is—smart, sarcastic, and unapologetically plus-size. With rent due and pride running low, she signs up for Rent-A-Date, a gig app offering fake companionship for real cash. A few clicks, a fake smile, and boom—she’s booked for her very first gig.

Her client? A sweet, shy, and painfully nervous, suit-wearing architect named Drew Sterling, who needs a convincing “girlfriend” to survive his ex’s engagement party. Yikes. But Bri’s got confidence to spare, and her bold attitude and infectious charm make her the perfect solution… until fake laughs turn into real sparks.

What starts as a one-night, strictly business relationship turns into a full-blown faux-lationship complete with fake brunches, family functions, and runaway raccoons.

But pretending gets complicated when Drew starts seeing Bri for who she really is—brilliant, beautiful, and a little chaotic. And Bri starts wondering if maybe, just maybe, she deserves more than being someone’s backup plan.

A laugh-out-loud romantic comedy about body confidence, unexpected love, and the joy of being extra in a world that wants you to shrink.
