Cedras is always prepared. No surprises, nothing left to chance. He has been helping the people of Papia City prepare for winter for four hundred years, and he doesn’t have interest in much else. He never has. He’s spent the last four centuries doing his best to ensure his life and the lives of the people in his care are as safe and predictable as they can be.
