The King's Submission: One dirty reputation. One quiet command. An enemies-to-lovers M/M hockey romance. by Jax Wilder
Everyone in the NHL hates Damon Kingsley. He likes it that way.

Traded to the Seattle Sharks as a last resort, Damon knows his he’s the villain. The Enforcer. The King of the Sin Bin. He expects the boos from the crowd and the cold shoulders from his new teammates—especially Assistant Coach Ford Rutherford, whose career ended because of a dirty player just like Damon.

Damon is ready to be the monster everyone thinks he is. Until he walks into the equipment cage and meets the one man who isn’t afraid of him.

Emmett Wu is quiet, organized, and completely unimpressed by Damon’s bad attitude. He’s the team’s equipment manager, invisible to most, but the only one who looks Damon in the eye and demands a "please."

Damon should stay away. He destroys everything he touches. But there is something about Emmett’s quiet authority that brings the King to his knees—literally.

Behind the closed doors of the equipment cage, the league’s most notorious villain discovers that true strength isn’t about hitting first. It’s about submission. But when the team’s new enemies threaten the family Damon is trying to build, he has to stay the villain they expect, or become the hero Emmett knows he can be.

The King's Submission is Book 2 in the Roughing Majors series. It features a grumpy villain seeking redemption, a bossy equipment manager, a satisfying size difference, and a "touch him and die" vibe. It can be read as a standalone, but is best enjoyed after The Enforcer's Luck.
