Border Control (Outcasts of Oloria #3)
Bea Tama
Laura keeps her worlds career, friends, and family all neat and organized like a courtroom argument. As a rising-star lawyer, she doesn’t have time for complications, especially not sexy, submissive aliens crash-landing on her best friend’s property.
But when she witnesses one of them—tall, muscled, and clearly struggling—spiral into violence, Laura does what she always takes control. Dom responds like no man ever has. He wants to obey her. Needs it. Craves it. And she discovers a side of herself she's never dared explore.
Dom was created to serve, but in exile on Earth he's barely holding it together. His role as a psychic stabilizer for his wave brothers demands total strength and zero selfishness. Then comes confident, commanding, and achingly human. One night in her arms threatens everything. Because now he wants something just for himself.
For the first time, Laura’s orderly world is unraveling. They return to Oloria to fix it, and instead land Dom in trouble.
And to save him, she’ll have to destroy every line she ever drew.
🔥 A sizzling sci-fi romance dripping with slow-burn tension that will leave you breathless, featuring a caring, exiled alien and a determined human heroine. Perfect for fans of Ruby Dixon and Honey Phillips (for fast-paced plot) with Emma Hamm vibes (angsty slow burn with lots of tension and adventure). Featuring a protective himbo, forced proximity, anxiety rep and boss babes who refuse to back down. 🔥
Trigger Strict culture, mention of death and execution, fantasy peril, on page sex. No cheating.
Lots of longing looks and alien appendages ;)
Proclamation and promise to readersI want to state for the record that I don't use generative AI AT ALL; I use Google docs to draft, ProWritingAid to help catch Echoes and Repeats (not any of the AI stuff that they're peddling, so whilst I have a lifetime licence with PWA, I do not use their AI tools and will move away once a cost effective non-AI alternative is available), human beta readers, a human editor Dana's Edits , a human proofreaders, a software called Vellum (NOT Vellum AI, completely different) to format the ebooks and paperbacks, and my covers for this series come from Miblart . I want humans to create and enjoy art; I wouldn't expect you to enjoy anything I couldn't be bothered to write myself, and I enjoy stretching my skills as an author. Whatever your stance on AI is, I respect we're all different. This is my personal proclamation and promise to my readers.
