Avalon had done the only thing she she reset time and went back to a moment before everyone she'd loved had died...again.
Resetting time had its own consequences, and none of them could return back to Boellium again. Their element of surprise was gone and all that was left was to try and gather allies before the Baron of the First Line caught up with them and squashed their rebellion before the Second Line could return.
Worst of all, the family they'd created was crumbling at the edges as secrets are exposed, guilt eats away at trust, and Avalon was no longer sure she could survive what was coming with her heart intact.
