There's nothing amusing about spending eternal life protecting humanity's collective backside, or being best friends with royalty—those who are now threatened by other thrones; and tied to all that, now I must sacrifice my solitude to be with someone who seems to be a female version of myself... one I'm starting to hate and enjoy at the same time.
On the other hand, for days now I've watched the walls I've built around myself crumble one by one because of her beauty... she's simply an unattainable woman.
To complete my daily picture of life, I have to pretend to be my twin brother—the one who doubted me days ago, and no matter how much I want to, I don't think I'll ever be the same with him, or with anyone... I suppose after hundreds of years I must restructure my existence... changes are coming and I must fight against my own rebellion because maybe I miss who I used to be.
