Two shifters brought together by fate, circumstance, or the god Apollo.

Keir goes to Phoenix on an assignment with his fellow Sentinels. Someone is allegedly targeting supernaturals and shifters. Threats have been made. Physical altercations, robberies, and even disappearances are whispered about. It’s the Sentinels’ job to determine whether there’s truth behind it. If there is, they’ll eliminate the responsible parties. It’s more than a day or two's worth of work. Two Sentinels agree to remain in Phoenix to continue the investigation.

Keir volunteers to be one solely because the family who brought them there are leopards like him. And one of those leopards is a female, Fiona. Keir hopes that she might be a potential mate for him. However, when he meets Fiona, she’s less than open to having him around.

Fiona has worked to support her great-granddad, younger brother, and herself for years. She does it as a forensic analyst for the Phoenix Police Department. With potential enemies watching them, Keir refuses to let her even drive herself to and from work. Fiona hates the restriction.

As these two try to navigate a path to being together, and if Keir has his way, it’ll be as mates, not mere lovers. Others are involved, trying to keep them apart and causing strife. Drama at Fiona’s work causes complications she could do without, but in the end, it releases her to follow her heart.

The Sentinels finally determine who is behind targeting their kind. And when they do, they see that even though these Sentinels might’ve eliminated one group, it’s only a tiny piece of a much larger picture. Their enemy is dangerous, vast, and recruiting humans.

See how this changes the Sentinels’ tactics and futures as they continue to fight an evil that threatens them all. The enemy’s end goal is to eradicate all shifters and supernaturals from the face of the earth. But these men and their mates have something to say about that and will fight to the bitter end to stop it.

Destinies will be fulfilled in ways they never hoped possible.
