Between Messages follows Jason, who receives a random message online from someone labeled “Unknown.” What begins as a simple and slightly awkward conversation quickly turns into a surprisingly natural exchange between two strangers who initially doubt each other’s intentions. As the night goes on, they joke, ask questions, and slowly grow comfortable talking to one another. Eventually the stranger reveals her name is Ava, and their conversation ends naturally as the night gets late. The next day both of them go about their normal lives, quietly thinking about the unexpected connection they shared. By the following evening Jason decides to message her again, restarting the conversation and realizing that what began as a random message might be turning into something more meaningful.
