Born in Paris, France, Jeanne was truly a Parisian Girl from birth. Captivated by her home town, the City of Light, she quickly became captivated by the charm, style, and allure it offered. From a very early age, she began to sing, soon discovering every piano bar in town and becoming a little star. At adulthood, she grabbed an opportunity to perform at the Moulin Rouge, not as a dancer, but as a singer. Having the gift of captivating her audience through song, she carried her gift to the streets of Paris. Totally captivated by music, she began to feel a desire to find a special person to allow into her life. She sang, "Come see me in Paris, and get to know me well. I will sing for you each night, and keep you under my spell." Now she longed for that stranger to appear and sweep her off her feet.
