Synopsis: Thirty-six- year old Asana Parks is beautiful, independent, and successful. Hailing from Harlem, New York, Asana is the founder and owner of Asana’s Premium Vegan Delights and Soul Kitchen. After living her whole life and building her success on the east coast, Asana decided to pack up her life and move to the south to open her thirteenth restaurant and be closer to her grandmother who is suffering from severe health issues. Her grandmother is concerned at the fact that Asana has so much success and no one to share it with, but Asana has seemingly given up on love after a very public and tumultuous break up with her ex-fiancé, Marcus Logan, due to an affair with her best friend and assistant, Amina. That could all change when Asana is hired to cater a huge event for Amir Rice, a twenty nine year old music artist, producer, actor, and mogul from Shreveport, Louisiana with a charm that could sweep the toughest woman off their feet.Amir is young, black, paid, and a certified boss, and is living life his way and by his very own rules.
