Office Hours: An MM Academic Romance
Mikel Vale
Scott Fidget arrives at Rosewell University ready to prove himself. Again.
A newly hired history professor with a serious scholarly record and a face people never take seriously enough, Scott is used to being mistaken for younger, lighter, less established than he really is. He can handle that. What he can’t quite handle is Parker Hastings.
Rosewell’s most intimidating literature professor is brilliant, elegant, and maddeningly self-contained. Their first debate sparks instant rivalry—and instant attraction. Soon they’re clashing in faculty meetings, challenging each other in public, and circling a connection neither of them can ignore.
But Parker keeps retreating.
What Scott doesn’t know is that Parker thinks the line between them is one he cannot cross. He assumes Scott is younger, more junior, and too vulnerable to the imbalance Parker is determined not to exploit. By the time Parker learns how wrong he’s been, the damage is already done.
Office Hours is a contemporary MM academic romance about rivalry, respect, second chances, and two professors learning that honesty can be the most intimate thing of all.
