I would love this. Though hopefully a distinction between all narrations becomes an option. People seem to think dual and duet narration is the same.
Single (one narrator reads entire book)
Dual (mc/fmc pov chapters read by assigned gender narrator, but don't switch for dialogues within those chapters regardless of gender)
Duet (ALL mc/fmc pov chapters and their dialogue, read by assigned gender narrators throughout entire book)
Full cast (separate, assigned gender narrators for all "main character" chapters and their dialogue, regardless of pov)
AI (computer generated voice actor/s) Unfortunately, some authors have gone this route, regardless of cost or care (and not to be confused with hearing impaired options), and I'd like to be able to filter them out.
Just as a note: "assigned gender" only implies the narrator hired to read the part of gender specified character. I. E. If the book has a f/m relationship and a female and male narrator have been cast to read those specified mc's parts. It works likewise for any/all lgbtqa rep the author has assigned to a narrator.
This would be so useful. There doesn't exist an easy way to find duet narration audiobooks. I would suggest the tag be something like "Duet-narration-audio"
