Yes! When you click the tag, a warning pop up "ARE YOU SURE?!?!" with the definitions, then you have to click OK to have it go through (an explicit infographic 🚹 might be the best definition pop-up)

Could a hover definition be used for some things? Like a little pop up over the text when you mouse over the tag. This wouldn’t necessarily fix it for devices though. It could be an optional alternate/long form version of the tag for a little more clarity.

And if not on the same page, when I’m browsing books with specific tags, if I click on the tag, it could show that description on the page.  Like under

Most popular high fantasy romance books

on a tag page, it could add “Fantasy that is epic in scope with big world building.” underneath it.

Oh my god yes please!! Being new to the platform, I have no idea how to make sure I'm finding LGBTQ+ friendly book suggestions even when I'm looking for a M/F romance in the MC. By that I mean at least having a couple queer (side) characters in the book, whether they have their own romances going on or not. Using the "queer romance" or "bisexuality" tag seems misleading? Does it apply in the case I'm looking for?? No way for me to know!
